Brendan Royer

Brendan is the third generation of Royer's in the real estate business. Brendan's grandfather, Bill, began Royer Realty Compnay in the late 40's. Bill Royer not only started the Royer Realty Company, he was also the Mayor of Redwood City, a County Supervisor and ultimately a United States Congressman. Brendan's father, Pete and his uncle Dennis, continued their successful family business into the mid-90's. Brendan has a wonderful family legacy and has been actively serving clients in Real Estate since the early 2000's Coldwell Banker is very happy that Brendan has chosen our company to help him carry on his family tradition.

Brendan was born and raised in Redwood City. He attended St. Pius elementary school and graduated from Woodside High School. He graduated from the University of Redlands in Southern California with a B.A. in Business Administration. Brendan decided to pursue a career in real estate because he wanted to do business where he has his roots. He knows the Peninsula and he wants to help people with any of their Real Estate needs whether you are buying a first home or purchasing Investment porperty. He is intent on providing excellent service with the same integrity and dedication as his father and grandfather before him.

Brendan is married to Jennifer Royer and has a son, Shawn and daughter Kayla. They live in Redwood City.
